Who are we ?
"Oliban", is above all the reflection of a deep passion embodied by the man behind it all, Mike Nassar. Born à Beirut in a family originally from the Bekaa, Mike grew up in the excitement of the family shop, where; the caterer, the bakery and the butcher's shop blend together harmoniously.
Its history with Lebanese cuisine therefore dates back to 1980. his childhood, to the intoxicating aromas that emanated from the family kitchen, to the flavors that shaped his life. his memories. In 2005, Mike made his dream come true by opening a bakery and pastry shop in New York. Brussels. His ambition quickly spilled over into the field of catering.
It was in 2009 that the young Lebanese opened the first Oliban with the precious help of his brother Mansour and chef Nabih El Ahmadie , always at Brussels in the La Bascule district.
