Dolmas Recipe

Vegetarian preparation:

Ingredients:

  • 150g bastmati rice
  • 50 vine leaves
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 lemons
  • olive oil
  • Salt, ground white pepper
  • Sumac

Preparation:

  1. Wash the rice
  2. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes and mix
  3. Place in a colander
  4. Place the stuffing in the vine leaves
  5. Cover the bottom of the pan with cut tomatoes and a few unstuffed vine leaves, a few sprigs of parsley and mint
  6. Arrange the stuffed vine leaves in the pan in a circle
  7. Pour the mixture into the saucepan, add a little water
  8. Let it cook over low heat for an hour and a half
