Vegetarian preparation:
Ingredients:
- 150g bastmati rice
- 50 vine leaves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of mint
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 lemons
- olive oil
- Salt, ground white pepper
- Sumac
Preparation:
- Wash the rice
- Cut all the vegetables into small cubes and mix
- Place in a colander
- Place the stuffing in the vine leaves
- Cover the bottom of the pan with cut tomatoes and a few unstuffed vine leaves, a few sprigs of parsley and mint
- Arrange the stuffed vine leaves in the pan in a circle
- Pour the mixture into the saucepan, add a little water
- Let it cook over low heat for an hour and a half
